Managed Accounts Service


Our managed account service is designed to ensure that your Personal Budget funds are held and managed securely on your behalf. We will undertake all your financial transactions relating to your Personal Budget including:


  • Payment of wages directly into your employees bank accounts
  • Payments to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in relation to tax and National Insurance liabilities
  • Receipt all relevant funding into your personal managed account
  • Payment for all authorised invoices to the providers you use
  • Monthly statements detailing all the incoming and outgoing payments on your account and the current balance
  • Direct Debit facilities for receiving money and making payments for example personal contributions
  • Completion of financial record keeping and submission to funders when required


Cut Off Times


  • All invoices must be received by close of business Fridays to guarantee payment on our Wednesday payment run (providing normal authorisation is carried out)
  • Invoices received after close of business Friday will not be guaranteed for payment until the following Wednesday payment run.
